Knipex 95 36 Series VDE Cable Cutter for cutting copper and aluminium single conductors as well as multiple stranded cables. Not suitable for steel wire, wire ropes and fine-stranded (highly flexible) conductors. Precision-ground, hardened blades allow for a clean and smooth cut, without crushing and deformation.
Its multi-component grips are VDE tested up to 10,000V and safe for work up to 1,000V. They conform to DIN EN / IEC 60900. A pinch guard prevents operators' fingers being pinched. Two-stage ratchet drive allows for easy cutting. Very little handforce is required due to very high transmission ratio.
