Trend Single Flute Cutters are chosen for fast, free cutting when cutting speed takes preference over finish. If you require a cleaner cut, two flute cutters are recommended. Suitable for grooving, rebating, morticing and drilling.
Cutters of 2.0mm diameter and below should have a maximum of 1.0mm depth of cut per pass. Small diameter tools must be handled with care to avoid breakage.
Single flute cutters should not be used in eccentric chucks.
